Commonly called ‘Nylon’, the Golden Synthetic has some unique characteristics: its retention, snap and spring are superb. They are 100% Synthetic and Vegan Friendly. The larger rounds in the Series 301s are brilliant for laying on color, while the smaller rounds are ideal for finer detail. We have ensured they are tapered to a fine point, ideal for precision work with good control. This is a good shape to allow a multitude of marks. A favorite for all-round work, with the smaller sizes also being ideal for miniature painting too. The Series 301 work well in Watercolors, Oils, Acrylics, Water mixable Oils & gouache, though they are most favoured by watercolorists. All long handle.
