Lowrider 26″ Bent Spring Fork 1″ Chrome Bicycle Fork

So I have been wanting to put these on my 26″ I have a Huffy Sanford Cruiser gunmetal color. So here i Am and I have $80 bucks on my Walmart gift card these are the ones i wanted emailed my bicycle providers I ask about the steer tube. there’s two of these if you researched like i did for nearly 11months 1 1/8inch and the 1inch like here these. what do you know 1inch replied Huffy customer service. so i order from top rider upin arrival of these forks i assumed theres be headeet and crown race provided if not there ad maybe could have mentioned to buy one separately IT DOESN’T which is why i write top lowride with a reply of heres link for parts i look at the link its nothing to docwitg crown race purchaees or any at all no crowns ring bearings nothing . i removed my headset and only just tried to thread it on but this tube on these forks are way to small i wasnt able to catch a thread to tighten my bearings so i put in fo return and here i go to Walmart to return what i researchedfor 1year this tube isnt a 1inch if it was then my bearings would of threaded these forks are way tosmall so i hope this gets resolved for me thanks
