Fits 94-98 12 Valve Cummins engine with stock gear housing, and P-pump 4BT. Does not fit 1st GEN trucks (1989-1993) and VE pump 4BT. Requires factory gasket (not included), can use factory fan with stock 12 valve vibration damper and belt. Available to use stock speed sensor pickup using stock bracket and stock bolts for sensor. Includes 8.8 levels galvanized bolts, crank seal adapter ring (does not include crank seal), block off for when not using Waterman fuel pump Allows installation of aftermarket mechanical fuel supply pump.
